Mrs. Frances has lived at 12802 Pinecrest Road in Fox Mill Estates with her husband since 1992. She opened Frances’s Friendly Childcare that same year and has been caring for children ever since, giving her more than 26 years of experience and having raised over 125 children, some of which are university graduates now. Mrs. Frances is a state licensed provider through The Department of Child Services with an additional special permit to care for up to 12 children through Fairfax County’s Board of Zoning. She also has certifications in: Medication Administration Training (MAT); CPR and First-Aid; has course credits through Child Development Associate (CDA); and offers a free food program. In addition to establishing Frances’s Friendly Childcare, Mrs. Frances has also helped her sister open and establish her own in-home child care facility in Herndon, VA.
